The Process

    Step 1: The Planning

    1) Sign up for a free 30 minute video consultation so we can talk through the process and your event vision.

    2) We send you a proposal with the best prices we can offer for your floral quantity and vibe.

    4) Then, submit your deposit and book with us.

    Or, if you need more time or want to see the visuals first, you can submit a $59 design deposit — we’ll hold your date for two weeks and create a mood board tailored to you. Your deposit is applied to your invoice if you decide to work with us, and your mood board is yours to use whether you book or not.

    Step 2: The Prep

    1) FlowerHouse creates floral recipes with the best in-season blooms to match your aesthetic and keep prices down, ordering from local wholesalers and farms (no long-distance air shipping = no moldy flowers). 

    2) A few days before your event, we receive and process your flowers in our studio, making sure they’re properly cared for, hydrated, and perfectly in bloom on your wedding day (the only thing that will look prettier is you). 

    3) A day or two before your wedding, we bring your flowers and all the equipment you need to your home, venue, hotel conference room, you name it, for your HouseParty.

    Step 3: The Party

    1) Gather your mom, siblings, bridesmaids, whoever for your HouseParty. One of our floral design experts brings you your florals and all the equipment. As your HouseParty host, they work with you and your helpers to build your beautiful arrangements. We provide recipe lists, step by step instructions, and plenty of hands-on edits and adjustments. We’ll make sure your arrangements look absolutely gorgeous. Our floral expert also personally makes your bridal bouquet to ensure it looks perfect in every photo.

    2) We help get cleaned up, then leave your flowers with you to be transported on your big day. We’ll talk you through every step of the process on your consultation call!

    Step 4: The Grand Finale

    Ahead of your wedding day, you’ll designate a VIP (Very Important Packmule) to bring your florals to your venue. We make sure all of our floral designs are easily transportable and can be placed on-site by anyone who is fully mobile. Don’t forget to give your VIP a big shoutout during the speeches!

    Enjoy every second of your big day, and feel smug everytime you look at your the fruits of your labor and know you made those beautiful flowers happen!
